Upload Files

Add your files to the utility easily. Choose physical files or links to files on the Internet.
jpg, png, gif, pdf, xls, xlsx, doc, docx, txt, mp3, mp4, YouTube, zip

Download Files

Download Physical files to your or users PC. Open Links to other Internet resources.

Email to Users

Email selected files as attachments or Internet links to users. Add personalised notes to the user in the email.

Create Link Only

Instead of creating and sending email with links you can now create the Link to items only to add to web sites or custome emails etc.

Sort Links in Email/View Page

You can now choose a selection of sort orders for the items in your links emails and page views.

File Sizes

File sizes are now auto-calculated and diplayed with items (where possible) even those on web links!

Edit File details

Edit file Title, Description and URL for Web Links, so you can correct any initial errors in adding them.

Delete Groups

Delete a Group Option which removes the Group, all file details within the Group and the physical files on Uploaded items.

Expire Links

Links can now be set to expire after selected periods if required. Access to the files after expiration is prevented from the links.

Links Management

New Links management page shows link/file details and status (Active/Expired) allows deletion of single record or multiple records in one process.
